i have o brother MFC-J4420DW printer.
When trying to print a document, my printer says that it doesnt have enough ink to keep quality of the print
and that i should replace all cartridges (M, C, Y) except BK. However, all my cartridges have enough ink - there have been only a couple of documents printed from device since the purchase.
Can you please help me?
