The main issue is the duplexing unit, after getting through 30 out of 100 pages in the printing queue the paper jams between the fuser and duplexer and it happens on every printer we have. Replacing duplexers is very costly and was wondering if it was some motor/clutch issue in the duplexers because the jam is consistent with other printers.
