OKI MC361 Print Black & White command

Hello! I have tried and tried to find some way I can just print black and white pages even though the original is color. I'm sure there is an option I need to turn on, but I can't find it in the manual or on OKI's website. My machine is MF MC361. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
