I am using an HP Photosmart D5069 printer with a Mac X 10.6.5 operating system. The latest HP driver is installed.
When I use the 6 by 4 inch photo cassette that is supplied with the printer the result is a blank sheet. I have loaded the cassette and installed it on the supply tray in accordance with the manual. The printer is otherwise working properly and I can, for example, print a photo on a letter-sized page without difficulty.
Can anyone help?
