Hi. I'm new here and new in printing.
A few weeks ago I bought Canon Image ProGraf 2000 (ser. no. BADB01794) from a company that said the printer is "new" (It was a display model but it didn't do any printing) and it's coming with a new set of ink. They also said they have to do the initialization there (Canon representatives) bc they're sending it abroad (this is all happening in Croatia and I'm in Montenegro).
When it came to me, the first thing was a notification saying that ink levels are low and that the maintenance cartridge is full.
Now I know that I made a mistake buying it from them. Today I read all the bad reviews they have... but I'm asking for help to understand if there's something really wrong with the printer.
It printed about 30 sq meters of prints (one paper roll) and in the error log I get this:

E [02/Nov/2020:19:01:16 +0100] [Job 89] Can’t open “/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/02dc05fa23c6e.”

Hardware error:

I'm attaching a screenshot of ink levels on the day I got it.

Can anyone advise and tell how bad is it? Or advise what to look for?
Thank you so much.
