Print send to a Computer

Dear Users,

I would like to know whether we can make any arrangements in Windows XP/7 system for the users to send print out to a particular computer and from there, that user will decide whether to print that document or not. Is that possible?

For eg: the users will see a default printer and when they select print option and choose that printer then the print goes to a system. The user in that system will decide whether the print should be send to the printer.
