Printer will only print + copy in RED

Hi there,
I have an EPSON XP-322 printer. Having tried some inferior ink cartridges the printer will only print and copy in RED. I Have replaced the cartridges with genuine EPSON ones, used the "cleaning heads" and " checking nozzles" facility but it still uses red only. When I did a check only red and yellow showed up.HELP Thanks in advance.

it mean you need to flush your printhead with cleaning solution or for the worst you need to replace your epson printer printhead
