After 2 years of working fine, the above happens, and is replaced by MS writer.
1) I reinstalled XP-610 and it appears in the control panel....so far, so good.
2) Installed wireless connection using buttons on the XP-610...so far, so good
3) But the printed completed sheet showing confirmation of (2) indicates a MAC ADDRESS rather than the PC one. Also the Printer Name (SN#) is wrong.
4) Now when I attempting to print from the computer the message is "Computer can not find this Printer."
I suspect a MS update is the cause.. I am running 2003 Excel and MS has recently dropped that support system.
Any thoughts? Help,..... I try the Epson Contac Site, with the above But I got a Message that my wireless was not working and check my SSN and password. No help There!
