Printing Integrated label Sheets with Ricoh SG K3100DN

Hi just wondering if anyone had come across a problem with trying to print integrated label sheets with this printer. had it initially on plain paper which it understandably didn't like so changed to 'thick paper' setting but still either refusing to print or printing at 45 deg angle and chewing it up a bit. Also throws in the odd perfect print.
