I have a Brother MFCJ491DW All-In-One Inkjet printer that is 5 years old. Recently documents started coming out with jagged lines. I went through their guidelines for clearing the heads multiple times. Then I also went through the process of checking the alignment. (I have to say that the printout it gave to check lines etc. was very hard to read.) Over time documents printed portrait at times came out just fine and at other times had small problems. But documents printed landscape still have jagged lines. Suggestions? Is it time for a new printer?
