printing small

I have a dcp-315w printer. And I am having trouble with the size of the letters they are very small and I don't know how to make them bigger.
my o/s is windows7.can anyone help.

You know that you are not in accordance with the printer driver is used and when synced to print the paper becomes smaller, but I also do not know for sure whether it is true or not. Maybe someone else can help?
