I haven't tried a factory reset yet, because I'm hoping someone here can diagnose what the actual problem is with the printer. Also, no problem when doing photocopy. All troubleshooting instructions I've googled all just tell me to make sure there's paper and there's no jam, there frickin' isn't. It prints proper when paper is set to Letter, but obviously my printing will be gimped if everything is set to "Letter". [/QUOTE]
