R1800 black not printing from all jets

Hi all, my R1800 has suddenly stopped printing from exactly every other nozzle on Matt Black, see photo of test print below

No amount of cleaning is making any difference and I have also replaced the cartridge.

Any ideas?

Never run ink cartridges dry
Use only Epson OEM ink & cartridges

I don't think cleaning is the issue here hence my post, did you look at the photo I linked to?
How can every other nozzle be blocked in such a perfect pattern? I don't think it's very likely.
It has to be a problem somewhere else surly.
