Have red lights flashing alternately between ink and paper.Please please can some one help as have 150 prints to do for granddaughter for an event on Sunday .
Check you ink levels. Your printer software has built-in check for this.
Alternately, check you paper levels. If doing photos, perhaps photo paper is low or out.
