random settings loss

I have a ricoh mp c4501 on a wireless network connection with roughly 225 devices connected. We are having random issues where the users settings i.e. security codes, printing preferences, etc. will disappear and we're not able to save them. The problem will miraculously 'solve itself' at the end of the day and the next day different users will have the same problem. Is it possible that the printer can't handle the number of wireless connections? It is driving us nuts!
