I bought an ET-3850 and once you register it you are supposed to have a 2 year warranty
however after registration their website shows only a 14 month warranty
I called them and they said I had a two year warranty
this stinks, in a year and a half I could see issues with Epson
this is what the Epson website says:
12 months of standard limited warranty or 50,000 plain paper sheets (whichever happens first). For an additional 12-month extended service plan (total of 24 months or 50,000 plain paper sheets, whichever happens first), you must register your product and use Epson genuine ink bottles. See Limited Warranty for details.
