Red smearing on my prints

Hello everyone, I have an Epson WF 7710, I didn't use it for about 3 months and last week I use it again and did a few printhead cleanings because it was clogged , finally had all my colors good but now when I print anything, all the prints come with some red smearing in some spots, Has anyone seen something like this before or have suggestions on what to try next? Any advice would be super appreciated
