I have an Epson TX 100 printer. I want to replace ink cartridges. When I open the printer The cartridge holder will not come into the neutral Space and stop to enable the replacement of the ink cartridges. No matter what I do the moveable housing runs from left to right and back and comes to a halt under the machines casing to the right of the opening provided for the cartridge changing process. There must be a simple remedy for this. Please help somebody.
