RicohPro C550ex paper size issue from Large Capacity Tray

How can you print custom size paper from the LCT. I am wanting to run 9" x 12" 100# cover through the LCT at Thick3. (Machine is a RicohPro C550ex with E-8100 Fiery) When ever I set the size it says there is an error and wont print??

I have also set up a Paper Catalog for this size and weight.

Any help is appreciated!
