Epson RX680 - No Yellow

1st off...Printer DOES NOT have a clog! I have used both CIS & Cartridges.. and yellow will not print at all, no test, no color.

Has worked flawlessly until tried CIS, but have ruled out it as problem. Could ribbon cable be loose affecting only 1 color? or is there something else I'm not thinking about?

I had an epson for years worked well on cart & on ciss, I had to bye another ciss system old out new in, for no reason a colour stopped working, did heaps to try a fix even bought a pro cleaning kit, it just gave up the ghost, the nosles are very very small and it takes nothing at all to make them play up . . . have you tried filling a cartridge with water and run it with the water for a few pages was one thing I was told to try . . . hope it helps
