I just purchased a new emachine and a samsung ML-295x series printer.
I guess I got ahead of myself because I plugged in the printer BEFORE I connected it to my tower (had to get an after-market USB cord).
I was told that this could be my problem. Since then I've uninstalled the driver, and then re-installed but my test printouts continue to be all black. I've since followed the installation card exactly (multiple times) but the test printouts continue to be all black.
It shouldn't be this difficult. What am I doing wrong?
