I just purchased a new Epson SC-P700 for a macbook air (M1, big sur). I've tried installing the drivers using 3 methods (epson.sn, via the epson support pages, manual install) and I am unable to get them installed and get access to detailed driver config. I only seem to get a generic level driver. I get errors about rosetta not being installed (it should be installed by default in big sur) and re-installing rosetta 2 changes nothing. I also get an error about not have permissions. Any guidance please?
