scan to exact page dimensions - printer software

Hey guys, I have HP Deskjet F4280 All-in-One Printer, HP Deskjet F4180 All-in-One Printer and Canon MX320 printer. I want to scan a document to the exact dimensions as the page itself. What software allows me to do this ? Thanks!

I don't do all that much scanning, so "consider the source".

If the scans you currently are making aren't that close to being exact size, then would the option of resizing in software be appropriate?

scanning area on HP Deskjet F4280 is width 8.27" and length 11.7" and standard printing paper is 8.5" by 11" so I need to find a way that software scans to paper page dimensions. Resizing would not change anything since the "extra empty space" scanned by the scanner is still visible. I need a software that automatically "sees" page boundaries and scans to those dimensions only, leaving out extra scanning space beyond the page boundaries.
