Scan to group

Brother ADS-2800W scanning to group only sends to the first two email addresses set up, and then stops. Just for some information, I am using my O365 account since we don't have hosted exchange. With that being said though, my O365 account is an E-3 Business account, so I should have no problems doing this. Any thoughts on what would cause this scanner to stop after the first two emails in the group list?

Any help would be appreciated, and I know this is not a printer issue, but maybe someone might have been through this some other time.
