Scan Utility

Hi I have a Ricoh SP325 SFNW MF printer. I can print fine but I can't scan. The printer is setup wirelessly.

I do not see a scan app or utility to perform the scan like there normally is for other printers. When I try the Microsoft Scan app (part of Windows 10), it appears that the device is not installed - no scan device found.
I have downloaded the Universal driver from the Ricoh site as well as the Scan to folder Configuration tool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there is a scan button on the printer
choose scan to email or folder

from your pc
login into printer using its ip address
you will see another login top right corner i think
admin then password is blank (no entry)
go to email settings and fill out the page with your info

scan to folder
there will be somewhere to put the path in to where the folder is
bit vague with folder info sorry ive forgot where it is

no app is needed settings are on printer
