This has been happening with every image that involves color. I don't know what is wrong with it.

Do you utilize OEM Epson Cartridges and Epson Ink?
Did your printer sit for long period (weeks) between print jobs?
Did your printer sit for long period without a cartridge or cartridges installed?
Did your printer sit for long period with empty cartridge or cartridges?
Does your printer "Nozzle Check" appear normal or do you show breaks? See printer manual
Did you Do a "Head Cleaning" two or three times? See printer manual

Please answer all questions above.

First : Always use OEM Epson ink and Epson cartridges.
Try to use printer at least weekly. Never leave empty cartridges in Printer.
Otherwise ink clogging may occur.

It would appear that your printer may be experiencing ink clogging or clogged Print head.
However having said that, one would think that your Nozzle Check would not appear "Normal".

So, first do a head cleaning (as instructed in your manual) up to max of three times. Check you print quality between each cleaning. If print quality remains poor, you may wish to view these videos for some ideas.

View them all before proceeding.
Your other choice is to contact your Epson Service Center.
