Scanning from Aculaser CX17WF

I am installing a new PC, W10, on a network where I successfully use other W10 PCs as recipients of scans from the Eculaser, Ethernet connected. However I cannot make the connection to the new PC work from the Aculaser. The PC is a correct part of the network. So is the shared folder intended to receive the scan. Error code is 031-529. I use the password for my login to microsoft (as in the other cases) AND the first name in my user account as user name. I have also tried the name listed in the USERS folder. Nothing works??? And there does not seem to be any documentation regarding W10 on your home page

No. That is not the issue. Printing was OK so the problem only concerned the I cleared the entry, made sure that the receiving folder was shared on the network and that Norton classified the net as Private. After that things work.
