Sharp MX-M365N Won't Stop Printing Received Faxes

Hello Everyone,

My Sharp MX-M365N MFP Printer will not stop printing all the faxes it receives. How do I stop this?

I want it to send the faxes to a network folder. When I adjust the settings, it works -- for a little bit, then goes back to printing all the faxes. I can manually scan directly to the network folder were I want the faxes to go, so access and connectivity are not an issue it would seem.

Not really. I know how to get to these settings and how to modify them.

I am saying that, with the printer set to receive faxes, send them to a network folder (to which it can and does communicate effectively for scans), and to NOT print, it prints all received faxes anyway.

I do not want to ever physically print faxes.
