Hello, I have cleaned the printer's head, that was clogged, with a syringe and water.
Now, it prints but only colored lines, no text.
I have tried the printer utilities: head cleaning and reallignment, with no luck.
Please see the attached images for print results (first image: cleaning test result; below image: printed word "Ciao").
What can I do to solve the problem?
