SureColor P800 stalled in middle of print job

A few days ago, my P800 stalled in middle of printing a 13x19 photo from Lightroom CC (Windows 10). It seems it has done this once before but with a smaller size paper. After waiting a few minutes to see if it would restart, I turned it off and back on again. It ejected the paper and reset, I tried again, and it printed successfully. A friend of mine experienced a similar thing today with his brand new P800 but with a different media. Any ideas why the printer would stall this way?
