The program freeze before printing

Hi guys,

I own OKi C301dn and few days before a problem occured. When I want to print something, I open office word/excel, acrobat reader, openoffice etc., I click on the print button and nothing happens. The program freeze, not the computer, only the program in which I want to print. All of the cartridges are full except of the cyan one which is 3/4 full. Any solutions are welcome.
