Ud-251la galaxy printer

Hey people, I hope someone can help or advise on what this problem could be....attached a photo.

the magenta has some air so it doesnt show here

I purchased a UD-251LA eco solvent and UD-181LB sublimation printer a few weeks ago.(waiting for ink to arrive on the sublimation machine to test)

This is what i get on doing a test print. I suspect it has to be something with the drivers...
For the printer to work, one needs the printer connected to a pc via usb, if the usb cable is disconnected the printer goes to an offline state.

The tech support is complicated as they are in china and their english is hard to understand.

I am waiting on some more answers or tests to perform.. their initial thoughts is that its a printhead problem (epson dx5).

I have changed the printhead board from sublimation printer so it cant be the board.

could it be a printhead failure?

I have solved the problem with the print error above. When I received the UD-251LA I connected the print head incorrectly and damaged it. I Bought a new EPSON DX5 and now its working.

I do however have another issue when printing pvc banners with a width of 250cm. I keep getting wrinkles after 100cm of print.. I have extra care when installing the banner media.. the wrinkles appear after the pinch rollers.

Any ideas why this happening?

Also the DX5 print head gets glogged up very quickly when printing in high quality. after around 200cm it starts printing badly and I have to do a cleaning..

Is this common with the DX5 epson heads, or could it be the machine?
