Here is the problem:
We have three fax machines (Dell Laser MFP 3115cn, Dell Laser MFP 1815dn, and a Brother Intellifax 1860c), that are unable to send and receive faxes. We have three fax lines that run off a T1 and the telco company has been out twice and all checked out ok. The lines run from the fax machines to a voice gateway which has been check for port configuration. We have checked the lines with an analog phone. Also, we tested to see if we can send faxes internally and are unable. The fax defaults have also been applied. Is there something we are missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
