Hello,
We have a terminal server(server 2003 R2 standard) at our corporate office that multiple users at many remote locations log into. At the remote locations i have no controll over there printers as many are in contracted hospitals and are not even part of our network. IS what i do is i get the name of the printer and model and go download that driver and just install that driver on the terminal server. when that person logs into the server there printer on there computer is picked up by the Term server drriver and they are able to print.
I was wondering if anyone out there thinks this is the best/only way or is there any other way of doing this.
Thanks
