WF-2540 only prints in cyan.

My 2540 just started printing cyan color only. Monitor shows all colors still have ink but nizzel check and printing documents, only cyan appears so no b/w text is printed.

Yes, order From Epson, no after market.

Probably in maintenance or trouble-shooting section.
You may have to run it several times.
Did your printer stand for long period between use?

I have run nozzle cleaning three times. I has not been used in about a month.

Recommend printer use every few days or at least once a week.
