WF-3620 Lines on Pictures After Changing Ink

I recently changed the ink for the first time in my WF-360, and now any picture we print has horizontal lines across the entire thing (see attached). I've tried cleaning the printer heads but that didn't help. Can anyone suggest what might be causing the issue, or more importantly how to resolve it?
