Win 10 won't allow me to select WF500 for printing - shows as OFFLINE.
Tried the old USB cable and then bought a new cable - still does not show up as a printable option.
Downloaded and installed the current printer driver package from Epson for WIN10 64-bit.
The driver package installed an Epson scanner icon on the desktop. Clicking on the scanner icon, it does show WF500 as an option and it WILL SCAN from Win10.
That tells me that the cables and USB ports are all okay. Unfortunately, still can't get it to show the Printer as ONLINE.
Checking Device Manager, Epson WF500 shows up and all boxes say it's working properly. All USB ports show as okay as well.
Ran out of ideas - does anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
