Wi-Fi issues

Just changed broadband provider to bt ( hub4).only thing not recognizing the router is my Epson xp 215.by tech team have me changing wireless channels but to no avail. Any thoughts?

You must re-program printer to new router.
You must know router SSID and Pasphrase
