I have a Brother MFC J6529DW, Running Win7 Pro 64 bit.
The printer wont print multiple copies od document from any source or program. It will print single copies only.
I have contacted brother, the program was uninstalled twice but still no Joy.
I contacted Microsoft as Brother support stated that it was a Windows problem. Under their instruction the all programs other than Microsoft were prevent from running at startup, then using the run prompt "services.msc" was run. The print spooler was deactivated then re--activated, the computer restarted but still no joy. I was advised by Microsoft support that I would have to reload windows, but talking to a fried this morning he advises that the problem may not be fixed by doing that. So, before I reload Windows can anyone on the forum help me solve this challenge. thanks heaps
