XP 6000 Printing Small

Hi! All. I've had my Epson XP 6000 printer for a while now and have never managed to solve some problems that I have. My latest problem is that if I download a Document like a postal label or an Insurance Document, it prints up very small in the top left hand side of the paper, almost as if I have reduced it. When I print up a Word Document in A4 it prints fine. Driving me nuts. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
