Hi,
I'm using a DCP-L2540DW wireless printer from a laptop with 64-bit Win 7 Professional. The printer has a document feeder. I'm trying to determine if I can automatically scan 2-sided documents.
According to all the manuals I've read, this printer 'should' be able to automatically scan 2-sided docs. However, when I start Control Center 4 and select Scan, then File, the window that opens does NOT contain the check box for 2-sided scanning as shown in the manuals.
I've checked all the options I can think of, but was not able to find anything that would let me add the 2-sided check box to the scan menu.
I tried updating CC4. But when I ran the update, the system said No Update Necessary.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Vic
