My Brother MFC-9460CDN printer (with two different drum and belt units) produces the attached print image. It seems the paper isn't transported correctly/scraping along somewhere. Any idea where I might look to locate the problem?

I think theres a problem at the area of fuser assembly, there are two rollers, the upper roller where the heat came, and the lower roller (pressure roller) something made of rubber, you can easily spot these when you open the back of the printer, look for torn parts of roller.
