Hi, new here, be gentle with me
So I have an OKI C5750 that I bought on Gumtree last year for a project that needed laser printing, sat unused largely since then until this morning when I brought it into work to replace my rubbish (and broken) office printer.
With every single print, it prompts a jam error - usually "382".
To remove the paper I'm taking the fuser out and find that there's about 2 inches of paper that's fed out of the fuser, and the rest is stuck within it, folded in a concertina fashion. If I open the back cover, occasionally it'll print out but usually it stops just before coming out onto the tray, and there's a small fold/bend in the paper.
If I feed in from the MP tray it will almost always print without issue.
I'm wondering if there's an issue with the paper draw that's folding it a little on the way up and therefore causing it to get stuck on the way through/out of the fuser..?
Any help here would be great!!
