I'm having this problem with my Canon MG5670 Inkjet Printer. So, I had troubles with colors in past. Several head cleaning and even deep head cleaning didn't fix my issue. Sometimes my printer printed black color and didn't print CMY colors and sometimes it printed CMY but no Black. So, finally I decided to manually wash my print head. I carefully cleaned my print head with distilled water and isopropyl alcohol mix and the printer now finally prints color documents without any issue but having problems with black color even after the cleaning. So I again cleaned the printer head via Printer Head Cleaning utility but the problem still persists. I'm attaching a picture of a printed page in black.
Any help would be really appreciated. The warranty period for the printer expired last month.
