Computer will not send documents to printer

I have a Dell computer running Vista and an HP Officejet 4632 connected using the wireless connection. The computer will not send any documents to the printer. To begin with I got a spooler error, but that has stopped popping up. I can see the printer through the network connections and it will print a test page. I can print from my mobile devices (iPad and Android) and a laptop on the same network without any problems. Shortly before I noticed the problem, I had upgraded my Intuit Quicken software. I did not use the printer that day, so I'm not sure if it is the culprit, although I suspect it is. I am looking to see if anyone has any suggestions, before I risk loosing my quicken data by going to the previous version. Thanks, in advance
