Dell 2150CDN won't pickup paper

Hi all,

Just picked up a 2150CDN. I'm trying to do a test print and I keep on getting a "paper jam" There is no paper jam but the printer isn't picking up the paper.

If I go in diagnostic mode, and try to do a test print I get an IOT 2 error. It only has 1 printer tray.

I cleaned both rollers. In the tray and at the base

Any ideas?

Looks like the printer thinks there is a 2nd feeder that's not there.
