I've had my printer for a while and it's been great. However, last week it stopped printing black. I have used a cleaning kit to clean the heads, have run cleaning and power cleaning, replaced dampers and made sure there is plenty of ink. Colors are fine but no black at all when I print. I'm at a loss as what to do next. Any help appreciate.
