Epson ET-8500 Not As Vivid as Epson ET-2720

Hello! I recently purchased an Epson ET-8500 to use alongside my ET-2720 for my business. I am mainly printing on glossy sticker paper or matte cardstock. I was very satisfied with the print/color quality of the 2720, but was hoping the 8500 might have a bit more speed. So far, everything is going smooth with the 8500 other than the colors are not nearly as vivid as my 2720. I'm choosing "best" quality in the dialogue box and the best option for paper type. I attached an image showing the difference. Notice that the sticker with "Ava", the green is darker (printed with 2720). It's difficult to tell, but the red on the stick is much more vivid on the front sticker as well.

I've tried changing my print settings and installing/reinstalling the printer drivers. I'm using a Mac on 14.1. Any help would be appreciated!!
