EPSON PRINTING PROFILES

Is it better to let Photoshop manage colors or let printer manage color? I have seen very little difference between standard printing and the better setting, is it for super sharp artwork? What setting for canvas? I use to buy canvas 13x19 now there is only a roll of 13x 20.

It depends what kind of inks you're using. It sounds like letting photoshop choose is fine.
