Hi, I am having some problems with the Epson R290 which i have just purchased. I keep getting the message "Document failed to print". I have changed the cable, re-installed the printer, turned off computer and nothing seems to work. I am running windows XP. I have not had this problem before while using my previous printer the Epson R230.
Please any help would be very gratefull.
